INFO: The security deposit must be paid via bank transfer no later than 7 days before check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided no damages are found. However, 50% of the deposit amount will be held for 15 days to check for potential damages that may not be immediately visible (such as inflatable equipment), tolls/SCUTs, or fines. After these 15 days, the retained amount will also be refunded if everything is in order and no damages, tolls, or fines are found.

In the event of any damage, the cost of a new replacement item (if the damage is material) or the repair estimate (if the damage is mechanical and/or electrical) will be charged. In both cases, a penalty equal to 100% of the damage value will also be applied to compensate for the forced downtime of the vehicle and the cancellation of future bookings. If the damage involves equipment, the penalty will cover the loss of extra features for the upcoming reservations until replacements arrive.

If it is found that the vehicle was used under prohibited conditions — such as: carrying more people than allowed (2), traveling abroad, or bringing animals — a fine of €500 will be charged.

If the vehicle is returned in very poor cleaning condition or with empty/unfilled tanks, a €50 fine will be applied. If the fuel tank is not refilled, the cost of the full tank plus €50 will be charged.
