Booking Inquiry: In the booking inquiry, please briefly describe the number, ages of persons, and the destination with an approximate mileage.

Vehicle Pick-up and Return: The rented vehicle will be delivered to the tenant cleaned, fully fueled, and in contractual condition. The condition of the vehicle is documented at handover and return by a handover protocol, which is to be signed by both the tenant and the landlord. The time specified in the rental agreement applies. The vehicles are delivered fully fueled and must be returned fully fueled. Otherwise, costs will be incurred for refilling the tank.

Cleaning: The vehicle is handed over cleaned, and upon return, the vehicle must be perfectly cleaned inside by the tenant. If the vehicle is returned insufficiently cleaned, the following cleaning costs will be charged:
