Pannenhilfe

Gesicherte Zahlung
Wenn du bei config.brand bezahlst, wird die Vergütung des Vermieters bis zum Tag nach deiner Abfahrt verwaltet und erst nach Abreise an den Vermieter überwiesen. So gibt es keine unangenehmen Überraschungen.

Garantie bei Abreise
Wenn du deine Reservierung aufgrund einer Fahrzeugpanne oder aus Gründen, die mit dem Vermieter zusammenhängen, nicht antreten kannst, wird unser Team dir andere passende Fahrzeuge vorschlagen oder eine volle Rückerstattung durchführen.
