The handover went correctly, well, fast and without complications. Also the return of the caravan was without complications and correctly. The lessor picked us up at the airport and took us back there. I can only recommend the rental.

Der Van ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ideal für ein Paar. Alles war sehr sauber und hat optimal funktioniert. Vincente und Joao haben uns liebevoll empfangen mit Süssigkeiten und uns alles  sehr gut erklärt. Wir haben auch während des 3wöchigen Trips immer Kontakt gehalten und die Vermieter haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Reise war sehr schön und mit der von den Vermietern empfohlenen app konnten auf  wir wunderschönen Plätzen übernachten. Das Bett war bequem und die Heizung hat ebenfalls funktioniert. Wir möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich bedanken für den tollen Van, die Begleitung während der Reise sowie die unkomplizierte Vermittlung einer Wohnung in Porto am Ende unseres Trips. Muito obrigado!!!!!!!!!! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Gente estupenda y una familia muy simpática! Y cuidaron de mi autocaravana como si fuera suya. Desafortunadamente tuvieron más de una mala suerte el último día de su viaje, lo que hizo que la autocaravana sufriera un poco. Pero gracias a su honestidad, equidad y cooperación, pudimos encontrar rápidamente una solución mutuamente satisfactoria. Si todos los inquilinos se comportaran así, no habría ningún problema. Estamos muy contentos con estos inquilinos y podemos recomendarles. Queridas Marta, Adrián y los niños, fue un gran honor y placer para nosotros tenerlo a bordo. Todo lo mejor, René y Ruth

Me and my 3 Kids (9/12/14) had a fantastic week in this lovely cosy camper. Bernardo is great guy with quick response on emails and WhatsApp, always a pleasure communicating with him. If there was a question during our trip he was very efficient responding. the Camper has all you need and is fun to drive. Nice to have hot shower after the surf sessions in the cool Atlantic. Unfortunately the fridge doesn’t get that cold, so don’t count on keeping stuff in there that need to be really cold... us 4 had enough space in the camper with all our luggage but one more person will mean that it will get quite tight... so pack light. the beds are really comfortable and we all had a fantastic sleep the whole week. this was our first and definitely not the last time to explore Portugal by Campervan, simply fantastic! thank you Bernardo for everything ;)

Sympatischer und unkomplizierter Vermieter, jederzeit wieder! Richard hat sich mehr als zwei Stunden Zeit genommen, wirklich jedes Detail der Womo-Technik zu erklären. Das Fahrzeug ist in gutem Zustand und praxisgerecht ausgestattet. Sehr nützlich ist das Solarpanel auf dem Dach, mit der man ohne Stromanschluss autonom unterwegs ist. Der Knüller im Layout dieses Pössl ist aber das "Raumbad"! Nathalie&Richard; führen zudem noch eine herzige Gite (la Bicyclette Fleurie) - bei längerer Anreise würde sich empfehlen, dort zu übernachten und erholt morgends zu starten. 

André was a great negotiator, super friendly and always available. We met in Faro for the check-in where we signed the contract and we started our adventurous travel. In advance André and João provided us with a video showing the details of the van wich was very helpfull. The van is a old modell kept clean and in good conditions. We would highly recommend them and hire from them again! We wish you guys all the best! 

André and João informed us very well before the trip and with the extra video we were prepaired perfectly for our holidays. The van is clean and includes everything what you need. We had no problems.  André is a really cool and likeable guy, he picked us up at the airport and brought us at the end to our hostel. They even organized a baby seat for our little one! Such a good service, we were very grateful. Thank you so much guys. This van was a real home for this 2 weeks.

Unkompliziert, nett, gut erklärt.

Pablo ist super nett und hat uns sehr viele Tipps zu Menorca gegeben. Er hat uns für einen kleinen Aufpreis am Flughafen abgeholt und uns direkt eine kleine Stadtführung gegeben. Sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Auto ist perfekt, auch für eine Woche war es ideal! Es hat praktisch alles was man braucht und wir hatten nie Probleme einen Schlafplatz zu finden. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und werden den Urlaub nie vergessen. 

Llegamos a conocer a Silvia y Raquel como extremadamente simpático, correctos y obediente. Tuvieron mucho cuidado con la autocaravana y la han devuelto muy, muy limpiamente. Easy and unbureaucratic reservation, fast responses. Brian gave us a lift direct from and back to airport and explained the car. Everything we needed was already prepared including laundry, cuttlery, chairs and even a table. Brian also helped us directly and fast while having a problem with the gearbox during the journey. The Van itself is a bit beaten up, although almost everything works fine.

Moritz is a very friendly guy. He explained us everything about the T5 and showed us some really nice spots. We warmly recommand this wonderful bus. We had a wonderful time. Thanks Moritz!

Our Experience we had with Hortela was great. We went through 6 days of driving through portugal without any complications. Once you get used to the fact that it is a car from 1993 it is the adventure that was promised.   I also want to mention the amazing hospitality and helpfulness of the owners. They were available the whole week, were very friendly and gave us great advice/travelling tips.  Thanky you to miguel, ze & sara

Great rental experience with Joana’s van. Super friendly, speedy in response, responses and descriptions accurate. Joana even put some toys in the van for out kids. Plus picked us up from airport, gaves us advices on tour and beaches...all in all a great vacation with the van of Joana...my boys want to come back next week:-)...thank you

We have met Steven and his family as extremely warm, correct and honest. They have been very careful with our motorhome and have returned it in perfect condition.
