📍 DEPARTURE & SECURITY DEPOSIT

• The exact pick-up address will be shared the day before departure via the platform messaging system and SMS
• Security deposit requirements:
  • Recommended: bank transfer at least 5 days before departure
  • Mandatory: instant transfer on the day of departure (otherwise, the trip cannot begin)
  • ⚠️ To avoid any delay or issue, we advise sending the deposit 10 days in advance

⚖️ RENTER'S RESPONSIBILITY

🔹 Any damage or violation during the rental period will remain the responsibility of the renter
🔹 A follow-up will be conducted by our rental management team
🔹 Evidence will be provided, and you will be invited to resolve any issues directly
